Shipping and Returns
Policy
You are responsible for
inspecting the merchandise when it is delivered.
If there is excessive damage or the shipment is incorrect, you
should refuse the shipment and call us immediately at
1-866-6-G2ATEC.
It is your responsibility to fully inspect your merchandise
within 2 weeks of receipt. If you find you have a problem with
damage or an incorrect shipment, you must contact us during this
period.
We cannot be held responsible for damages or incorrect shipments
if you wait beyond this period to inform us.
As long as you contact us during this two week period, any item
that is damaged when it arrives or that does not arrive with the
right specs will be promptly replaced by us at no additional
cost to you.If you order something and it arrives as ordered but
you want to return it, you will be responsible for all shipping
charges, including return charges.
You must contact us within 2 weeks to return these items. If you
wish to return or exchange an item, email us at
support@g2automatedtechnologies.com or call 1-866-6-G2ATEC. In
your email/call, include the name on the order, the order
number, and the order date. We will email or call you back with
instructions for how to complete the return.
Please do not send in the item without receiving confirmation
and instructions from us. Items sent in without prior
instruction, as well as refused shipments, may not be eligible
for a return credit.
Any orders that are needed to be returned are subject to an 80%
restocking fee. Note that you must keep all original packaging
and boxes for damage claims to be processed. If you do not save
the original packaging and boxes, we regret we will not be able
to facilitate your damage claim.
